About the ASC
The ASC is a highlight in the marine science calendar providing a platform for the scientific community to share new knowledge, exchange ideas, and foster international cooperation. Expect to meet more than 700 participants, mainly from Europe and North America, including scientists, leaders of various institutes, policy makers, industry representatives and students.

Exhibition fee
The fee for exhibitors is €2000. The fee includes registration for one representative from each exhibitor, refreshments during the coffee breaks, lunch served at the venue, access to conference documents, attendance at all sessions of the main conference, invitations to the welcome reception and the poster session. If you wish to have more than one representative attend, additional participants should register via the Whova system.
Exhibitors’ visibility in conference outreach products
The exhibiting company’s name and logo will be published in the list of exhibitors in the conference programme, the conference app and on the conference website.
Practical information
- Each exhibitor will be allocated a 2 x 3 metre space.
- A table and a chair will be set up for each exhibitor.
- During the ASC, all exhibitors are required to wear badges displaying their company name. Exhibitors should pick up their badges from the registration desk on the first day of the conference.
InvoiceAn invoice for the exhibitor’s fee will be sent to the exhibiting company address approximately one month prior to the conference.
Equipment
ICES cannot be held responsible for any equipment or materials left at the conference venue during or after the conference. After the conference, all material should be removed or disposed of responsibly.
Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing to the ICES Secretariat by 3 August 2026.
