What we do
We generate scientific advice to support ecosystem-based management of human activities in our seas and oceans.
Our advice contributes towards the effective application of an ecosystem approach, which seeks to maintain the health of marine ecosystems, alongside appropriate human use, for the benefit of current and future generations.
