ICES Annual Science Conference 2022

COVID-19 information

At an event the size of the ASC, with participants from all over the world, it is highly likely that there will be instances of COVID-19 at the conference.

Please help us, to help you, limit the spread of the virus, by following these guidelines.
  • If you feel unwell, or have any cold-like symptoms, please do not attend the conference
  • We will not require a Covid pass to attend, but please take regular antigen tests to ensure the health of those around you
  • You are welcome to wear a protective facemask at the venue
  • Please use the hand sanitizer stations placed around the venue
  • Please use the breaks to step outside for fresh air
  • Note that if you do have a positive Covid test result, ICES is unable to support travel to your home destination. Please refer to your own travel insurance for support.
