Elisa Morgera is Professor of Global Environmental Law at the University of Strathclyde Law School, Glasgow, United Kingdon. She is the Director of the UKRI GCRF One Ocean Hub, a global inter-disciplinary research hub on integrated ocean governance for inclusive sustainability.
