Venue
The ASCs venue is Svenskamässan/Gothia towers, which is situated near the stop ”Korsvägen”. This is a large
conjunction where local transportation is easily accessible. There are two
stops that serves the venue; Korsvägen and Scandinavium.
The venue is cash
free and all major credit cards are accepted.
Sustainbality is very important to Svenskamässan/Gothia towers. There is an extensive sustainablity policy, including reduction of feed waste, accessibility and ISO 20121. Read more about the policy here.
Wardrobe at the venue
There will be a supervised wardrobe at the conference venue on Monday 9 and Thursday 12 September, for storage of luggage. On Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 the wardrobe will be unsupervised.

Gothenburg
Landvetter Airport is the closest airport to the ASCs. You may find some
useful information on their website.
Airport transfer
From the airport to the city, it is possible to take busses, that are are cash
free. Either pre-book online or pay with credit card on the bus.
Taxi
All taxis at the
airport are approved suppliers by Swedavia and will give you a fix price to the
city centre.
Boat/Ferry
There are direct
ferries to Gothenburg from Kiel, Germany and Fredrikshavn, Denmark. These ferries are
operated by Stena Line. The ferry terminal in Gothenburg is situated in the
western/central part of the town, with good access to local transportation to Svenska
Mässan and hotels in the city.
Trains
The central station
in Gothenburg is situated in the central part of town. Several companies
operates here, such as SJ, MTR
Express, Öresundstågen, NSB.
There are other train companies, an easy way to find out is through Deutsche
bahn.
Local
transportation
Buses, trams, local ferries are runned by Västtrafik.
On the buses you can use the app ”ToGo”, or purchase a travel card pre-paid or use in the machines onboard. To be able to use the app you need a Visa or a Mastercard, other cards are unfortunately not accepted.
Visiting Sweden
Citizens of a non-EU country, may need a visa. Countries where the nationals require a visa to visit Sweden are listed on the Migration Board website.
