Online registration system opens. Registration fees for the ASC 2024 are available on the conference website.
Late April Convenor notification of acceptance/rejection of abstracts
April/MayECS travel fund applications open
1 June
Deadline application for ECS travel funds
15 June Presenter's registration deadline *
15 July (Midnight, Copenhagen time)
Early bird registration deadline
July Conference app with programme available
15 August**
Video submission deadline (for remote presenters only)
25 AugustSubmission deadline for presentation slides (for in-person oral presenters only)
30 August



1 September
Submission deadline for posters in the conference app for award eligibility

Online registration deadline (on-site registration still possible)
1 SeptemberRegistration for excursions deadline – no on-site sign up possible!


*At least one author of each accepted oral and poster presentation must register to the ASC by 15 June 2024. The authors thereby commit themselves to presenting their work at the conference.​
