Oral presentations
All oral presentations need to be uploaded to a GoogleDrive folder
(here) until Sunday 21 May. Name the file submitted with the number of your presentation (view the programme) and your last name (e.g. “S1O1_Martinho.pptx"). Please make sure to adhere to following format and submission criteria:
- .ppt or .pptx format
- slide ratio 3:4 or 16:9
You will have a 12-minute time slot to present your work (incl. the time for questions) so please plan for a 8-10-minute presentation followed by 2-4 minutes for questions. Please note that if you exceed given time, you might be interrupted by the session conveners to respect the symposium programme.
Poster presentations
The poster session takes place on Monday 22 May at 18:00–20:00 at the symposium venue. At least one author of each poster should be available at the session to present their work. Please bring a printed version of your poster with you and in following format:
- portrait format only
- dimensions: maximum A0 size (84.1 x 118.9cm)
When you bring your poster to the venue, report to the registration desk at the venue, where you will receive instructions about the poster session. Please make sure that you are able to display your poster during lunch or afternoon coffee breaks on Monday. Posters will be grouped by theme session and stands, fittings and tags will be provided.
