Remember to insert the ICES CM 2013/letter code of your theme session and the number that you have been allocated e.g. A:01, A:02 etc.
Abstracts submitted with incorrect formats will be returned to authors. The extended abstract has a maximum length of 2 pages.
The electronic copy of the extended abstract or the poster should be submitted as an e-mail attachment in Adobe Acrobat PDF format to:
