SEAwise EBFM toolbox

Explore ecosystem-based fisheries management (EBFM) in Europe through the results of the SEAwise project with the SEAwise EBFM Toolbox.

The goal of the SEAwise EBFM toolbox is to enable ecosystem- based fisheries management in Europe by disseminating the results of the SEAwise project. The EBFM toolbox is an entry point for users and stakeholders into results from the SEAwise project. The EBFM toolbox aims to improve understanding of the trade-offs involved in EBFM and reduce the barriers to its implementation by consolidating the results of the SEAwise project in a publicly accessible way.

When you use the toolbox, you can learn about the SEAwise project themes and case study regions. You will be able to access project results based on the specific regions and themes such as Social and economic effects of Fisheries, Ecological Effects on Fisheries, Ecological Effects of Fisheries, and Management Strategy Evaluation. Users also have the option to filter results to focus on particular aspects of the SEAwise research, with pop-outs providing background information and context to the results.
