Guidelines for Presenters

​​​Oral presentations

Oral presentations will have duration of 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. The presentation file must be provided to the Registration desk the day before the scheduled presentation, or during the coffee break period in Monday.

Each file must be identified by the name of the first author and the given identification number.

Oto-chuki presentations

Oto chuki presentations are brief oral presentations with 5 minute duration based on pechakucha presentations (www.pechakucha.org).

The presentation file must be provided to the Registration desk the day before the scheduled presentation, or during the coffee lunch period in Monday.

Each file must be identified by the name of the first author and the given identification number.

Slide-show presentations

In the coffee break area a projector will be showing automatically and continuously along the day the presentations selected for the slide show. The presentation file must be provided to the Registration desk the day before the scheduled presentation, or during the coffee break period in Monday.

Each file must be identified by the name of the first author and the given identification number.

Poster presentations

Posters must have the following measurements: 118.5 cm wide X 146 cm high.

Posters must be displayed during Monday breaks and retrieved on Friday afternoon. The panels will be grouped by theme and identification number. ​
