Requirements for oral presentations
The presenting author needs to record a presentation that concisely summarizes the research question, the methods used, the results, and their significance.
- Format: MP4
- Duration: max. 6 minutes
- Resolution of the presentation: 1080p or higher
- File size: max. 1 GB
Requirements for poster presentations
The presenting author needs to submit a PDF version of their poster as well as a short video or audio presentation.
- File size: max. 500 MB
- Orientation: landscape
- Number of pages: 1 page
- Duration of audio/video presentation: max. 2 minutes

How to submit your oral and poster presentations
Before you submit your presentation, if you are signed in another Microsoft Office account, please sign out, otherwise you will not be able to access the submission page via the credentials provided below.

- Enter the log in credentials:
Username: submit@ices.dk
Password is: Ices123456
- Select your file from your computer
- Fill out the form with your information. Important: Please name the video file in the following format: Last name_ID_presentation
- Select Save
- Sign out of the account (top right corner)
Note: The poster PDF file and the video/audio file can only be submitted as two separate uploads, using the same link and repeating the same steps provided below.
Deadline for sending pre-recorded presentations is 26 May 2021.
By submitting your presentation, you consent to your presentation and associated personal data may be shared via the conference application Whova. Your presentation will be available for on demand viewing by conference participants 23 August – 30 September 2021.
If you, or a co-author, are not able to provide a pre-recording of your presentation, please withdraw your presentation by notifying withdrawalsASC@ices.dk at your earliest convenience so we can offer your spot to another author.
