As ICES initiates a process to revise and update its strategic plan, it is important to make sure that the ICES community is afforded every opportunity to participate and contribute. The first step in this process is to engage members of the community to improve understanding of the organization's activities, capacity and potential, and to better understand their needs and priorities.
We invite everyone to participate in a game to inform and identify knowledge gaps and needs. Results will be used in the broader strategic planning process. We will also ask participants to fine tune the game for the Delegates to play the updated version when the Council meets in October.
