The Workshop for Salmon Life Cycle Modelling will meet by web conference 5–8 January 2021.

The workshop meets to:
- advance the Bayesian Life Cycle model for the assessment of North Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar)
- train ICES experts in the use of this Life Cycle model, that is currently coded in R and NIMBLE (https://r-nimble.org/)
- improve and formalize the workflow from data specification, preparation, and maintenance to the production of the assessment and for provision multiple year forecasts and catch advice.
