Purchase conditions
- To receive a full refund, any cancellations by registered participants must be received in writing minimum one week prior to the event/training course. Refunds will made to the credit card used for payment.
- ICES may, in exceptional circumstances, cancel or postpone an event/training course, in which case we shall notify registered participants as soon as reasonably practicable. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund of relevant fees.
- ICES liability, as a result of any cancellation or postponement of an event/training course shall be limited to refunding the fees the participant has paid for that Event only. ICES shall not be liable for any additional losses incurred by the participant as a result of such cancellation or postponement.
- The fees are without VAT. ICES organization number is 12063814.
