These experts inventory existing information, develop ecosystem descriptions including both indigenous and science knowledge, and report on ecological objectives and values. These activities will culminate in the development of the first Integrated Ecosystem Assessment Report for this ecosystem. This work will inform our understanding of connectivity of climate and ocean processes, species movements, shelf food web dynamics, fishery, subsistence and food security.
