This year we will once again be using the Whova app for the ASC 2024. The app will be filled to the brim with presentations and networking opportunities and will keep you engaged the entire conference whether you are visiting us in Gateshead or joining in from home!
On Whova you will be able to:
- View the recorded sessions, presentations and posters
- Interact and network with other participants
- Keep track of all the events happening
The conference app is available to all registered attendees from Summer 2024 to December 2024 with sessions taking place on 9–12 of September.

There are two ways to download and use Whova app – mobile or desktop.
Use the Whova App on a computer:
On the mobile app, when you click into a session on the agenda, there is also an option to “Watch on Desktop.” By selecting this, the web app link will be sent to your email.
Download Whova Mobile App on a smartphone:
For poster presenters!
ALL Poster presenters will be sent instructions about how to upload their posters to the app.
Organizers will send you a personal link to access an online form. The URL will look something like this:
https://whova.com/xems/engage/artifact/event ID/letters12345678
When you open it, you will see the name of the event at the top of the page and your poster title beneath it.
No sign-in is necessary; the link will allow you to set up your booth.
Once you've filled out all relevant information, agree to the Whova Terms of Service, and click Submit.
You will then get a confirmation email from Whova that includes a link you can use to continue to update your booth.
Uploaded posters will be visable to all attendees using the app.
