Venue

Gdańsk

Gdańsk is the Polish maritime capital with a population of nearly half a million.
It is a large centre of economic life, science, culture, and a popular tourist destination.
Gdańsk is one of the most beautiful cities in Poland. As the capital of the "Pomerania" region, it has a privileged situation being situated at the mouth of the Vistula River on the Baltic Sea.
A great attraction of Gdańsk lies in its old traditions. The heart of the old Gdańsk is lined with historic buildings and distinctive 16th century architecture. The St. Mary’s Church provides marvellous views of historic Gdańsk from its tower. Other impressive sights are the three city gates and the Maritime Museum. Read more: http://www.en.gdansk.gda.pl/
