Welcome reception on Monday 19 September, 19:00–22:00
The welcome reception will be held at the Gdańsk Music and Congress Centre.
All registered participants are invited.

Poster session on Tuesday 20 September, 18:00–20:00
The poster session will be held at the Gdańsk Music and Congress Centre. All registered participants are invited. This will be a social get-together where authors will have the opportunity to present their posters. There will be two free drink coupons handed out to all registered participants together with the nametag at the registration desk. There will also be a cash bar set up during the poster session.

Conference dinner on Thursday 22 September
Conference Dinner on Thursday 22 September 2011 at the Polish Maritime Museum 19.00–23.00.

Tour programme
Read more about the tour programme. All tours are with an English-speaking guide. The tours will start and end at the Gdańsk Music and Congress Center. The indicated price refers to a minimum of participants.
