Welcome to ICES Annual Science Conference 2011

ICES Annual Science Conference 2011 will be held in Gdańsk, Poland. The venue will be the Gdańsk Music and Congress Centre. The conference will open on Monday 19 September and close on Friday 23 September.

ICES Annual Science Conference provides a forum in which an international community of marine scientists, professionals, and students gather to share their work in theme-based series of oral and poster presentations. Each year, the Conference is hosted by one of our 20 Member Countries, and has a unique website to handle electronic submissions and registration.

The online conference registration has now closed. For presenters who did not  yet register, there will be a possibility to register at the conference centre in Gdańsk.

Presentation Competition (Wednesday 21 September, 18:30–20:30)
ASC participants are invited to join a special evening session: Presentation Competition in Pecha Kucha format, which is a fast-paced and engaging presentation style. The session is organized by Martin Pastoors, Sarah Kraak, and Ingeborg de Boois. Read more.
