RCT3: ICES Documentation

The program is documented in the following mimeographed paper, available in
the ICES Secretariat:

J.G.Shepheard, C.D.Darby: Combination of Recruit Indices by Weighted Averages
Using RCT3: A User's Guide.

A previous version of the program, RCRTINX2, is also available and documented
in the following paper, also available in ICES:

J.G.Shepherd: Combination of Recruitment Indices Using Weighted Averages.

Both programs are available in the EXEC directory and run in DOS. In the
TEST directory the following test data are available:

DATA_OLD.TXT    Data in the old format
DATA_NEW.TXT    Data in the new format
CONFIG.TXT      Configuation file
OUTPUT.TXT      Output produced by the program
