ICES Advice is available through this webpage in individual pdf files. You need adobe acrobat reader to view the documents.
You can use this part of the system to look up documents in 2 ways:
1)
- Type a phrase that you know is a part of the title of the Advice you are looking for.
- Click 'Submit Query' and links to the matching documents will appear beneath the buttons.
2)
- Make sure the 'Search report titles' box is empty.
- Select the items of interest in in the comboboxes. E.g. to find documents about cod in the North-East Arctic, select 'cod' in the species combobox and 'North-East Arctic' in the Area combobox. Make sure that 'ALL' is selected in the remaining combobox.
- Click 'Submit Query' and links to the matching documents will appear beneath the buttons.
tip1: You can select more than one item in each list. If you are looking for cod and haddock in 2005, select both 'cod' and 'haddock' in the species box by pressing the ctrl button on your keyboard while clicking on the items and select '2005' in the period box. Click the submit button to view the results.
tip2: If you want to download the complete report, click the reset button to make sure that 'All' is selected in all boxes. Select 'zipped files' in the Other box and click the submit button. You will then get a link to a zipped file with the 2005 report.
