What is your ASC highlight?

One of my highlights, although not elected, was being one of the candidates nominated to Chair the SCICOM Steering Group SSGHEIE. A more personal highlight of mine was meeting with my fellow companions of the ICES Choir and performing at the Poster Session. Theme Session E on climate impacts on marine fish was another highlight, because I have great interest in environment issues. |

My biggest highlight was definitely meeting and mingling with other participants, not least during social events. Being rather new to the field, it’s important for me get to know people. The international aspect of the conference is great; it’s nice to see that people from around the world work towards the same goals. Another highlight of mine was Theme Session Q on interactions between aquaculture and wild stocks. |
